SHIPPING

All orders above 2000 within the Philippines are eligible for free shipping.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 days for processing and shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

If you haven’t received an email confirmation within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to love your STAIN purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 1-week return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at staystained@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or item, you can place a new order after receiving your refund.

 


 

SHIPPING PROVIDER

We rely on trusted local carriers to fulfill our deliveries. However, STAIN is not responsible for shipping issues caused by the carrier.

If you provide an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we won’t be able to intervene, as the address is entered directly by you during the order process.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please email us immediately at staystained@gmail.com. Upon receiving the returned package, we will process your refund (excluding shipping fees).

The shipping fee is non-refundable.
